ABOUT US
Epilogue Home Inspection was founded by Jeff Frame in 2015 after his bum knee finally gave out and he had to give up construction. He’s always been passionate about the housing industry. In addition to being a perpetual Mr. Fix It for all his friends and family, Jeff has worked as a general contractor, remodeler, restoration specialist, loan officer, real estate professional, and home inspector. He brings over 25 years of industry experience to homeowners.
Jeff and his wife, Becky, make their home in beautiful Lake Stevens, Washington with their two crazy middle school boys, a pair of muddy dogs, an inexplicable cat, and an old ’64 Jeep CJ getting ready to go offroad.
A NOTE FROM JEFF
Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware. Or as my dad says, “You don’t always get what you pay for, but you will pay for what you get.” The idea, of course, is that the buyer must perform their due diligence when purchasing an item or service. That’s where Epilogue Home Inspection comes in. We use our industry expertise to evaluate the condition of your home so you know what you’re getting yourself into!
A lot of people have told me that a home inspector killed their real estate transaction. But at Epilogue Home Inspection, we exist to help real estate transactions succeed, not to watch them die. We won’t tell you what to do. We simply report our observations and recommendations so you have the ability to make informed decisions about how you want to proceed.
Keep in mind, to quote a Realtor buddy of mine, “There is no problem with a house that price can’t fix.” I used to doubt that, but after my time as a home restoration specialist in the greater Seattle area, I believe it now. And the same principle is true for a home inspection. There is no problem found by a home inspector that money can’t fix.
At Epilogue Home Inspection, our reports couple a complete home inspection above industry standards with over 25 years of experience in the housing industry so that when you buy, you’ll know exactly what you’re buying. You can rest assured that you’ll get what you pay for.
